Hallo zusammen,

LayoutDefinition: Printer: Num. of Copies parameter

Deal all,
in my customer installation, I found a possible bug.

I need to configure drawers for a specific printer.
First page on drawer 2 and other pages on drawer 1.

But if I set 1 in the "number of copies" column in the layoutdefinition, all the pages are printed from drawer 1.
Settings are not considered.

If I left this field empty, then the settings are followed correctly.

I also see that if the num. of copies parameter is set, all the pages are printed bad (all the text is shifted of some millimeters).

Do you know this kind of issue?

Best regards

Textzeilen

Hallo Zusammen,

Printing dunnings after running the wizard

Dear all,

Since we have updated our database we have a problem with the dunning wizard.

during the update we had the sap warning 1645439. After running the query included in the sap call we got the message that the table "@SWA_LD_PARAM" Field : u_key value "SWA_LD_Select" was to big corresponding the table info in sap.

we have created a test db and there we did the update but the result is that when we run the dunning wizard and we select option 4 'print and close' the wizard jumps to option 3 closes and doesn't print anything.

does somebody knows how to solve this problem ?

kind regards,

the difference beetwen B1 2007 and B1 8.81 is SRI1 is now a view , and not a table .
it seems that SQLServer run the query , even there is a IF a the beginning of the query .

Does this problem came from a setup problem of our database ?

thanks for your help
